You could try painting the labels with pva glue, or clear Matt varnish
Because its artsy and looks amazing!
So how do you make the hole in the bottom of the bottle?
You would use a hollow core diamond drill bit, wet, and very slowly. Probably 1/4″ or 1/2″ depending on the size of the dowels used.
